Volleyball Recap: West Bend East Comes Up Short

West Bend East's tournament run continued when they took on Waukesha North on Saturday. The Suns took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northstars. The Suns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Malia Haug paced West Bend East's offense, picking up five kills. Haug got some help from Lydia Hoier and her ten assists.

West Bend East's loss dropped their record down to 13-21. As for Waukesha North, they now have a winning record of 17-16.

West Bend East didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Arrowhead on the 18th. As for Waukesha North, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Muskego on the 18th.
