Soccer Recap: Lake Gibson Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Lake Gibson, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Four Corners Coyotes with a sharp 4-0 win on Thursday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Braves needed considering they were shutout in their previous match.

They hit Four Corners with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Breanna Clyatt (2), Lilly Eisnaugle, and Lindsey Gonsalves.

The victory got Lake Gibson back to even at 6-6-1. As for Four Corners, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Lake Gibson wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Davenport on the 13th. As for Four Corners, they will be home for the holidays to greet Ridge Community at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
