Cleveland Central Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Warrensville Heights Tigers, falling 28-8. On the bright side, the eight- run performance marked the Ironmen's highest-scoring contest to date.

Shannoun Caldwell was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in both of her plate appearances with four stolen bases and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyliyah Murray, who got on base in both of her plate appearances with four stolen bases and one run.

Cleveland Central Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Warrensville Heights, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cleveland Central Catholic will venture away from home to challenge Bard Early College at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Warrensville Heights, they will head out to take on Garfield Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
