Soccer Game Preview: Beachwood vs. Bay

The Beachwood Bison will face off against the Bay Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Beachwood is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season.

Beachwood is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand Norwayne a 2-0 shutout. Beachwood haven't had any issues with Norwayne recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Talmage Bang and Daniel Park scored both of Beachwood's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

Meanwhile, Bay won against Berkshire on Saturday with eight goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Thursday. The Rockets put the hurt on Triway with a sharp 8-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Bay, who have now won 11 contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Beachwood's win bumped their record up to 12-5-2. As for Bay, their victory bumped their record up to 16-2-2.
