Basketball Recap: Drayton/Valley-Edinburg Comes Up Short

Drayton/Valley-Edinburg won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They lost 65-45 to the Northern Cass Jaguars. The Titans have struggled against the Jaguars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Drayton/Valley-Edinburg now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Northern Cass, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Drayton/Valley-Edinburg will take on Benson County [Leeds/Maddock] at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Northern Cass, they will face off against Hatton/Northwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
