Grand River Prep lost against Muskegon Catholic Central back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Grand River Prep lost 7-0 to Muskegon Catholic Central. Grand River Prep has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grand River Prep's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Muskegon Catholic Central, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-1.

Grand River Prep didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 10-0 defeat against Kelloggsville on the 18th. As for Muskegon Catholic Central, they will venture away from home to square off against Potter's House Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Potter's House Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Muskegon Catholic Central surely won't give up without a fight.
