Soccer Recap: Franklin Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Franklin was not quite Grove City's equal in the second half on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Eagles. Franklin were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Grove City apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

This is the second loss in a row for Franklin and nudges their season record down to 2-10. As for Grove City, their record is now 4-8.

Franklin has already played their next match (against Oil City), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Grove City, they will challenge Hickory at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
