Baseball Recap: Dobson Comes Up Short

Dobson fell victim to Red Mountain and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Mountain Lions, falling 16-0. The Mustangs just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Dobson saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brody Dobson, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Dobson's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Red Mountain, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 12-2.

While Dobson had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
