After a string of three wins, Gloucester City's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Deptford Eagles. The Lions were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 7-6.

Gloucester City's loss dropped their record down to 10-5. As for West Deptford, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-10 record this season.
