Volleyball Recap: Clover Blue Eagles vs. Mauldin Mavericks
Clover had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Mauldin Mavericks on Tuesday. For the Blue Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Mavericks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2021.

Sophie Hayes paced Clover's offense, picking up 14 kills. Hayes got some help from
Kaity Coan and her 44 assists. Coan was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.
Clover has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 25-7 record this season. As for Mauldin, the loss snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 14-9 record.
