Basketball Game Preview: Milford Eagles vs. Sutton Mustangs

The Milford Eagles will challenge the Sutton Mustangs at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Milford sitting on 11 straight wins and Sutton on three.

Last Tuesday, Milford got the win against Centennial by a conclusive 60-38. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 22 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Sutton earned a 57-49 victory over Tri County on Tuesday.

Milford pushed their record up to 17-1 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Sutton, their victory bumped their record up to 15-5.

Milford strolled past Sutton in their previous meeting last Tuesday by a score of 62-43. The rematch might be a little tougher for Milford since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
