Shenendehowa faced Bethlehem Central in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Plainsmen blew past the Eagles 10-2. Considering the Plainsmen have won six contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Shenendehowa's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-2. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.3 runs over those games. As for Bethlehem Central, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Shenendehowa is set to square off against their familiar foe Ballston Spa at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bethlehem Central will take on rival Saratoga Springs at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
