Augusta Christian had already won 19 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.5 points) and they went ahead and made it 20 on Tuesday. They snuck past the Ben Lippen Falcons with a 70-65 victory. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked ninth in Georgia, while the Falcons are ranked 51st in South Carolina), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Augusta Christian pushed their record up to 23-2 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.5 points per game.
