You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Southeastern HomeSchool on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew Coastal Brigade out of the water with a 73-8 final score. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Southeastern HomeSchool's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rayne Schoonmaker, who went 5 of 6 en route to 10 points and four steals. Schoonmaker has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Blake Batts was another key player, going 6 for 12 on his way to 15 points.

Southeastern HomeSchool was working as a unit and finished the game with 21 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Southeastern HomeSchool will be playing in front of their home fans against New Life Camp at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Coastal Brigade, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-17 defeat against Liberty Christian Academy on the 28th.
