League recap: Riverside stuns Madison in upset

The biggest upset of the week belonged to Riverside, who took down 188th ranked Madison, 21-20.

The Beavers moved up to 216 from 258 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Premier. Riverside climbed the ranks as a result of beating the Blue Streaks 21-20.

University School's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Preppers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. John Gannon has thrown for 1335 yards and 11 touchdowns this season, while Luke Vadas has 79 catches for 1045 yards. Kevin Smith leads the league in rushing with 595 yards.

South extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating North, 44-7. The victory was the 10th in a row for the team.
