Basketball Recap: Army-Navy Starts Season with Victory at Home

Army-Navy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 63-30 victory over the Classical Academy Caimans. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Caimans: they've now won three in a row.

Several Caimans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Nathan French, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Drew Davis, who scored seven points.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Army-Navy will challenge Sage Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Classical Academy, they will head out to take on High Tech NC at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
