Football Recap: Brunswick Takes a Loss

Brunswick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 22-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Morse Shipbuilders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Dragons of the 30-28 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.

Brunswick's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Morse, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brunswick will host Mt. Blue at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Morse, they will be playing at home against Mountain Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
