Bryan Station typically has all the answers at home, but on Friday Woodford County proved too difficult a challenge. Everything went their way against the Bryan Station Defenders as they made off with a 56-34 win. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Yellowjackets' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 39th, while the Defenders are ranked fifth).

Woodford County now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Bryan Station, their loss dropped their record down to 22-6.
