Basketball Recap: Marlboro Central Takes a Loss

Marlboro Central lost against New Paltz back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Marlboro Central Dukes took a blow against the New Paltz Huguenots, falling 82-45. The match marked the Dukes' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Marlboro Central and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for New Paltz, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Marlboro Central will challenge Spackenkill at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for New Paltz, they will square off against Rondout Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
