Basha triumphant thanks to a strong effort from Rylie Sword

Recap: Basha Bears vs. Paradise Valley Trojans

The Basha Bears put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 52-41 victory over Paradise Valley. Winning is a bit easier when you outrebound your opponent 12 to 5 on the offensive boards, as Basha did.

Rylie Sword was her usual excellent self, scoring 19 points along with 4 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Basha's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Rose Bosch, who scored 5 points along with 7 rebounds.

Paradise Valley's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Savana Blazina, who scored 11 points. Emilee Resendez was another key contributor, scoring 4 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 assists.

Basha's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Paradise Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Basha will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Chandler at 7:30 p.m. on November 21st. Chandler will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Paradise Valley, they will head out on the road to face off against Shadow Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
