Soccer Recap: Cary Takes a Loss

Cary managed to slip by Green Hope the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Imps lost 4-1 to the Falcons on Monday. Cary's loss continues a trend for the team, making it ten in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Lillian 'Harper' Walton, which was the first she's scored this season.

Cary's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Green Hope, the victory snapped their losing streak at seven games and leaves them with a 2-10-2 record.

Cary didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Panther Creek on the 16th. As for Green Hope, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 9-1 defeat against Holly Springs on the 21st.
