Soccer Recap: Walla Walla Takes a Loss

Walla Walla was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Kamiakin Braves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Kamiakin this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-1 last Tuesday.

Walla Walla's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Kamiakin, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Walla Walla will square off against rival Pasco at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Kamiakin is set to challenge their familiar foe Hanford at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
