On Wednesday, Breese Central faced O'Fallon in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Breese Central Cougars took a 57-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the O'Fallon Panthers. The Cougars' defeat signaled the end of their eight-game winning streak.

Haeli Tart continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for O'Fallon, going 9 of 15 on her way to 23 points in addition to five assists and three steals.
