Soccer Recap: Harvest-Westminster Find Success

Harvest-Westminster saw some tournament action on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the DePue/Hall Little Giants. The win made it back-to-back victories for Harvest-Westminster.

Brian Powers and Lucas Menezes scored all three of Harvest-Westminster's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Harvest-Westminster's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for DePue/Hall, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Harvest-Westminster wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 5-2 victory against Kewanee on the 30th. As for DePue/Hall, they will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Princeton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
