Basketball Recap: Payne Tech Comes Up Short

On Tuesday, the Payne Tech Lions were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 84-79 to the Morris Catholic Crusaders. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Monday (72), the Lions still had to take the loss.

Payne Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 18-6. As for Morris Catholic, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-6.
