Baseball Recap: St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse Takes a Loss

St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse lost against Touchet back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse fell just short of Touchet by a score of 14-13. St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse just can't catch a break and has now endured seven losses in a row dating back to last season.

Warren Repp stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: he scored three runs and stole three bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Loren Loomis, who scored two runs and stole five bases while going 2-for-5.

St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Touchet, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Touchet beat St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse by a score of 15-13 later that day.
