Softball Recap: Boyle County Comes Up Short

Boyle County fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Casey County on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of Casey County by a score of 5-3. Boyle County hasn't had much luck with Casey County recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Boyle County's loss dropped their record down to 13-19. As for Casey County, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-12.

As of now, neither Boyle County nor Casey County have any future games scheduled.
