Volleyball Game Preview: Marin Catholic Wildcats vs. Branson Bulls

The Marin Catholic Wildcats will venture away from home to take on the Branson Bulls at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Marin Catholic is coming into the match hot, having won their last five games.

On Wednesday, Marin Catholic got the win against San Marin by a conclusive 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-14, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Branson made easy work of Archie Williams on Wednesday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Branson was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-14, 25-14.

Branson's win bumped their record up to 16-6. As for Marin Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 22-4.

Marin Catholic might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Branson when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
