Basketball Game Preview: San Jose Prep Storm vs. Bishop Snyder Cardinals

The San Jose Prep Storm just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Bishop Snyder Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Monday, San Jose Prep was able to grind out a solid win over Episcopal School of Jacksonville, taking the game 56-45. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Storm's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 486th, while the Eagles are ranked 154th).

Meanwhile, Bishop Snyder strolled past Branford with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 63-49.

San Jose Prep's win bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Bishop Snyder, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.

San Jose Prep couldn't quite finish off Bishop Snyder in their previous matchup back in February of 2022 and fell 84-82. Can San Jose Prep avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
