Del Norte's got stronger as the match went on, holding Swallows Charter Academy to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-16, 25-12.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Del Norte to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kailee Gallegos, who had 13 digs and two aces. Crested Butte's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Del Norte, they pushed their record up to 13-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
