Football Recap: Valier Comes Up Short at Home Against Hot Springs + How To Watch

Valier unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a blow against the Hot Springs Savage Heat on Friday, falling 56-28. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Savage Heat from their previous meeting back in October of 2023.

The win (which was Hot Springs' third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Valier does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hot Springs, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Alberton at 7:00 p.m. on October 2.
