Basketball Game Preview: Quilcene Rangers vs. Crosspoint Christian Wildcats

Quilcene hasn't had much luck against Crosspoint Christian recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Quilcene Rangers will welcome the Crosspoint Christian Wildcats at 7:00 p.m.

Last Friday, Quilcene was beaten by Muckleshoot Tribal 82-44. While losing is never fun, the Rangers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 268th, while the Kings are ranked 116th).

Meanwhile, Crosspoint Christian had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past Puget Sound Adventist, posting a 62-33 victory.

Crosspoint Christian's win bumped their record up to 6-12. As for Quilcene, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-6.

Quilcene skirted past Crosspoint Christian 72-70 in their previous meeting back in January of 2024. Does Quilcene have another victory up their sleeve, or will Crosspoint Christian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
