Soccer Recap: Parkview Takes a Loss

Parkview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Oconee County Warriors.

Parkview's goal came courtesy of Anna Braziunas, who's now up to 15 this season.

Parkview's record now sits at 6-9. As for Oconee County, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Parkview will host Archer at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Archer will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Parkview surely won't give up without a fight. As for Oconee County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Morgan County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
