After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Santa Clara, Fremont was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 6-3 win over the MacDonald Condor. The victory continues a trend for the Firebirds in their matchups with the Condor: they've now won three in a row.

Jiyah Caban made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.
