Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mineral Point). They took their contest on Monday with ease, bagging a 91-59 victory over the Platteville Hillmen. The win was nothing new for the Pointers as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Mineral Point pushed their record up to 21-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 26.1 points. As for Platteville, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-7.

Mineral Point and Platteville should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Wisconsin Rankings. Mineral Point will square off against Riverdale at 7:30 p.m. on Friday up 400 places (23 vs. 423). Similarly, Platteville (ranked 87th) will meet Dodgeville (ranked 272nd) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
