Football Game Preview: Covington Buccs vs. Northridge Polar Bears + How To Watch

Covington is 0-4 against Northridge since September of 2021 but things could change on Friday. The Buccs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Polar Bears at 7:00 p.m. Covington knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Northridge likes a good challenge.

On Friday, Covington got the win against Bethel by a conclusive 40-15. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Buccs have posted against the Bees since November 1, 2019.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northridge). They took down Riverside 26-9 on Friday.

Northridge's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Covington, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-4.
