Softball Recap: Clements Takes a Loss

The matchup between Clements and Lauderdale County on Tuesday hardly resembled the 2-1 effort from their previous meeting. The Clements Colts came up short against the Lauderdale County Tigers, falling 24-0. The Colts' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Clements' defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Lauderdale County, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Clements will venture away from home to challenge Florence at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lauderdale County, they will head out to face off against Colbert County at 4:30 p.m. on March 18th.
