Basketball Recap: Oak Harbor Takes a Loss

Oak Harbor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 82-78 heartbreaker at the hands of the Sedro-Woolley Cubs. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Monday (75), the Wildcats still had to take the loss.

Oak Harbor's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Sedro-Woolley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Oak Harbor will take on Bellingham at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Oak Harbor has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Sedro-Woolley, they will square off against Everett at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
