Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Homestead). They breezed by the Fort Wayne South Side Archers to the tune of 87-22 on Friday. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 27 points or more this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Homestead, bringing their record for this year to 15-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.7 points per game. As for Fort Wayne South Side, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-13.

Homestead didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 59-28 win against Elkhart on the 11th. As for Fort Wayne South Side, they will take on Lakeland Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
