Basketball Recap: Simpson Academy Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Simpson Academy can now relate to. They fell to the Heritage Academy Patriots 55-49. The Cougars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Patriots earlier this season, when they won 64-60.

Simpson Academy's loss dropped their record down to 22-2. As for Heritage Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Simpson Academy nor Heritage Academy have any future games scheduled.
