Softball Recap: Delmarva Christian Has No Trouble Against Seaford

Delmarva Christian's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. Everything went their way against the Seaford Bluejays as they made off with a 21-4 win. That looming 21-4 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Royals yet this season.

Braelyn Hellens was a standout: she went 2-for-5 with five RBI, three runs, and one stolen base. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Kylie McCabe was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Delmarva Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .564. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Seaford only posted an OBP of .400.

Delmarva Christian's record now sits at 6-10. As for Seaford, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.
