Soccer Recap: Struthers Takes a Loss

Struthers lost against Hubbard back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Wildcats came up short against the Eagles, falling 6-1. Struthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Struthers' defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Hubbard, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-5-1.

Coming up, Struthers will challenge Lakeview at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Struthers' defense better be ready for this one: Lakeview have averaged an impressive 3.3 goals per game this season. As for Hubbard, they will welcome South Range at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Hubbard will be up against South Range's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.88 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
