Soccer Recap: Henderson County Comes Up Short

After flying high against Hopkinsville on Wednesday, Henderson County came back down to earth. The Colonels fell just short of the University Heights Blazers by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against University Heights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

Henderson County now has a losing record of 10-11. As for University Heights, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Henderson County nor University Heights have any future games scheduled.
