After a string of four wins, Muskego's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 7-2 to the Union Grove Broncos.

Cora Jahimiak spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and five unearned) runs on three hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

Muskego's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Union Grove, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Muskego will square off against Mukwonago at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
