Basketball Recap: Eagle Ridge Academy Comes Up Short

Eagle Ridge Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 64-38 to the West Lutheran Warriors. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against Eagle Ridge Academy this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 71-51 back in January.

Eagle Ridge Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for West Lutheran, their victory bumped their record up to 14-7.

Eagle Ridge Academy will square off against Heritage Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Eagle Ridge Academy is facing Heritage Christian Academy at the right time seeing as Heritage Christian Academy is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for West Lutheran, they will head out on the road to face off against Mounds Park Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. West Lutheran will also cruise into their next game with the timing on their side: Mounds Park Academy will have lost 13 straight heading into Sunday's contest.
