Soccer Recap: Bellport Victorious

Bellport took a four-goal loss the last time they faced off against Westhampton Beach, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Clippers never let the Hurricanes get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Saturday. For Bellport, this counts as revenge for the 5-1 victory Westhampton Beach walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2023.

Bellport's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Westhampton Beach, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4-1.

Bellport does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Westhampton Beach, they will challenge Half Hollow Hills East at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
