Recap: Ocean View Christian Patriots vs. Warner Wildcats
The Ocean View Christian Patriots won the last time they faced the Warner Wildcats, and things went their way on Friday too. Ocean View Christian walked away with a 44-33 victory over Warner. The win made it back-to-back wins for Ocean View Christian.
Despite the defeat, Warner had strong showings from Anthony Porras , who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds, and Angel Carachure , who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Those 12 rebounds set a new season-high mark for him.
Ocean View Christian now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Warner, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
Ocean View Christian will stay at home for another game and welcome Liberty Charter at 5:00 p.m. on January 9th. Liberty Charter is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Warner, they will head out on the road to face off against Julian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Julian is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
