Como Park came out on top against Harding on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive nine-run third inning. The Cougars were the clear victors by a 16-5 margin over the Knights. Mitchell Pelzer made a big impact no matter where he played. He tossed five innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. He is becoming a predictor of Como Park's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 4-1 (and 2-8 when he doesn't).
