Soccer Game Preview: Navarre vs. Tate

The Navarre Raiders will challenge the Tate Aggies at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Navarre's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Wednesday. Everything went their way against Fort Walton Beach as Navarre made off with a 3-0 win. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 109th, while the Vikings are ranked 338th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, it's playoff time, and Tate had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past Crestview 8-0 on Saturday. The victory was familiar territory for the Aggies who have now won three contests in a row.

Tate's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Navarre, their victory bumped their record up to 10-7-2.
