Basketball Recap: Douglas' Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pierre T.F. Riggs, Douglas was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 66-59 win over the Lead-Deadwood Golddiggers. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Patriots as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Douglas' win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Lead-Deadwood, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.

Douglas wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 66-59 victory against Lead-Deadwood on the 30th. As for Lead-Deadwood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 79-38 win against Moorcroft on the 28th.
